Custom Product Request Form Information:
Please submit a Custom Product Request Form including your image after completing your purchase. Personalize your custom made product. In 4 easy steps.
1) Complete the checkout process for your custom product purchase.
2) Simply add a description of the product which you wish to customize. Along with your order number. (Order numbers are easily found at the top of your emailed receipt.)
3) Upload a Jpeg or Png file ONLY. Munchkin Place does not accept links to photos. Please do not send links to photos. We print using a high definition printer. This may enhance shadows. We do NOT color correct or change your photos. We will make sure we do not crop the main subject out of your photo. If you have any specific concerns on cropping you should include them when entering the description of the custom product that you are requesting.
4) Provide a contact email address. Please check your email for any questions that we may have, or if we send a proof that requires your approval. Proofs are only sent if there is a major change (i.e. add border). If we do not receive approval, your order will be canceled.
Munchkin Place Shop is NOT responsible for low resolution, pixelated or dark images. Remember social media sights sometimes reduce the resolution of photos so they load faster. The original photo would work best.
Munchkin Place Shop does not accept returns of customized products.
